Course Description

This unique blend of health and beauty instruction provides a unique education on what it means to be a Christian woman— spiritually, mentally, and physically. We will cover basic anatomy and health topics, beauty (hair, nails, etc), and femininity as displayed in the Bible.

Homework Expectation

1.5-2 hours a week
